About :
Sompex stands for design-oriented lighting with a penchant for the unusual. Founded in 1948 by Rolf Burghard in Soest, the company initially specialized in the sale of floor coverings and printing aids. Only a few years later, Sompex put the focus on Scandinavian design. Today, the product portfolio includes mainly lamps and clocks.
The German family business based in Dsseldorf focuses on original, creative designs and develops contemporary products for individualists. The flagship of Sompex is the patented LED candle, which, however, represents only a small part of the multi-layered assortment.
Sompex offers decorative lighting solutions with a high quality standard, which you get at affordable prices. The brand's collections are detailed and often stand out with charming, unusual shapes. The indoor and outdoor lights are characterized by their mostly playful designs and thus advance to a fancy eye-catcher.
