Confirmation of Order

Payment

Flaming Queen is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been settled. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable or OUT OF STOCK, Flaming Queen may cancel the transaction and provide a full refund.

Faulty Products

We warrant that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantity ordered. We try hard to deliver products in good condition. However, if the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current state available for us to inspect within a reasonable time.
