Our voyage comes to a close on the south of the island, in Ifaty. In the region of Tuléar, the Ifaty beach is probably the most beautiful seaside destination on the southern side of the island. The Ifaty lagoon is bordered by a coral reef that is 10 km long. Pink flowers adorn the edges of the beach as women sell multicolored sarongs under straw huts.


Referencing the coral reef’s pink coral, the Ifaty scented candle is woven with cane-weaving motifs ranging from pink to nude.
